Oasis Pro Markets, LLC (the Firm) is developing the digital future of capital markets.

We are a registered broker-dealer and ATS (Alternative Trading System) currently building a revolutionary ecosystem to support the issuance and trading of digital asset securities (tokenized securities and other assets). We envision a future where everything is tradeable and have already constructed the technological foundation on which this thesis can develop.

As an SEC and FINRA- regulated company licensed to conduct business in digital asset securities, we are positioned to bridge traditional finance and the digital future, leveraging technology to improve the capital markets for issuers and investors alike.

The Role

The Chief Revenue Officer, reporting to the CEO and EVP Business Management, will have oversight of and responsibility for revenue generation. The CRO will be responsible for origination and distribution and generating sales and commercial arrangements for the Oasis Pro product suite. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company and help build into its next phase.

Responsibilities

  • Further refine existing sales process from lead generation to ‘closed won’ to ensure a proper sales funnel and transparent tracking mechanisms.
  • Full oversight of and responsibility for sales, generating new issuers and subscribers for the ATS and white-label commercial agreements for the full product suite.
  • Further refine existing distribution strategy for the ATS by establishing new distribution partners and sales channels.
  • Responsible for the identifying, nurturing and closing strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of ten year’s experience in selling financial products, and minimum of three years within the digital asset space.
  • Experience in financial services and/or asset management with hands-on experience in selling financial products and scaling (preferably including in a digital asset sales organization).
  • Background in developing sales plans, quotas, sales process, CRM, and technical sales in developing sales plans, quotas, sales process, CRM, and technical sales.
  • Accomplishments in selling into large financial institutions, and a track record of success in doing so.
  • Series 7 license a plus.
  • History of bringing new regulated products to market, leveraging existing relationships, and driving sales enablement.
  • Deep and passionate understanding of the digital assets space and a desire to make an impactful change.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with, organizing and leading project partners within the industry.

We believe in the value of in-person interaction and collaboration. As such, team members are expected to spend time working from the Firm’s office, Darien CT, on a regular basis.
