Oasis Pro Markets, LLC (the Firm) is developing the digital future of capital markets.
We are a registered broker-dealer and ATS (Alternative Trading System) currently building a revolutionary ecosystem to support the issuance and trading of digital asset securities (tokenized securities and other assets). We envision a future where everything is tradeable and have already constructed the technological foundation on which this thesis can develop.
As an SEC and FINRA- regulated company licensed to conduct business in digital asset securities, we are positioned to bridge traditional finance and the digital future, leveraging technology to improve the capital markets for issuers and investors alike.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Broker Dealer/Alternative Trading System (ATS) Operations team. The right individual will apply strong analytical skills and expertise in brokerage, trading, and market operations, and will create operational processes to ensure that the organization supports the highest standards for customer service, compliance, and operational risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary support and subscriber services for ATS Direct Subscribers and Indirect Subscribers through the Issuer channel, including onboarding, configuration and ATS functionality.
- Assist in providing support services related to the Firm’s supervisory, compliance, surveillance, record-keeping, and reporting obligations.
- Partner with Sales, Compliance, and other teams (both internally and externally) to ensure various end-to-end processes for our ATS are complete and working as designed.
- Assist in the production of high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards for its intended audience- either with direct or indirect assistance from Technology partners – ATS monthly Governance Forum, Business Requirements, Functional and Design Requirements, Implementation and Test Plans, etc.
- Collaborate with Technology partners (internal and external) to develop and implement new and enhanced functionality to support our ATS.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Broker Dealer and Trading Operations.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of industry standard back-office functionality, tools, technology, processes, controls and key compliance rules and requirements for a broker-dealer.
- Ability to spot weaknesses in operational process performance and compliance, and the knowledge to offer thoughtful and practical solutions.
- Excellent problem solver and critical thinker with exceptional analytical skills to gain and synthesize insights.
- A demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and adapt to changing business priorities and/or capacity.
- Positive attitude with excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- FINRA Series 7, 63 preferred.
